Ever since I was a kid I have struggled with my weight.
I was a chubby 5th grader, a skinny 7th grader, a overweight freshman, a slim senior, and it’s just gone on and on and on my entire life.
I don’t know what it is, why I am like that, or if I will ever stop battling it.
My metabolism is very rocky. It seems to work fast when I put in the work, but slow when I don’t.

I can lose 10 pounds in a week if I really put my effort in to it, but it doesn’t even matter because the second I touch the food that sparks my taste buds it comes right back on!

This is one of the reasons We started #NOtivation. It’s hard to hold the motivation when you really don’t have much to work for.
When I got excited about my wedding, in one month I went to the gym every day, ate incredibly healthy, and started the Herbalife shakes, and my results were TREMENDOUS and I had honestly felt the best I had in the longest time.

but than the wedding was over and my motivation hit rock bottom.
I don’t want to let go because I am married. I don’t want to stop caring. Now that I am married, I want to work HARDER and look the best I’ve ever looked for my husband. That is where my motivation starts but now I need YOUR help. Your tips, and your goals. I want to look at my instagram and see all your hard work be MY motivation, I want to see my twitter feed have the best workout tips. Please ladies be my cure for #NOtivation and help me be the sexiest wife I can be, while feeling the best about YOURSELF as well!
